Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the White Rodgers 50M56-289 TO 50M56-743 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the 57520001FY3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 531X300CCHAGM5 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57C402 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Texas-Instruments Brand 6AV76130AB220BJ0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as 545701 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 57360001KG8 made by Asea as well as the popular 54661036 original spares produced by Woodward

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 53H50VH0B1AC2B2AM by Endress--Hauser and 545701 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 634174D90 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
